We will have tickets available at the door.  Chefs and buyers especially encouraged to come join us at 1 pm.  45 local producers want to meet you!

Make market connections between local buyers and growers!

This gathering is designed to foster collaboration and wholesale direct market opportunities for local farmers, ranchers, chefs and other food buyers who are committed to expanding and strengthening local and seasonal food networks.

We will meet, connect, share, explore, debate, and network to the fullest. Bring your business cards!

FEATURES:

•This year's keynote speaker, Joe Colyn from Originz in Michigan, will talk about the various local distribution models to facilitate ordering and delivery on a local/regional level that are being trialed around the country. 

•NEW THIS YEAR - Breakout sessions on:

      - Getting the word out through social media

      - Using the whole animal

      - Telling your sustainable story (standards/labels/menus)

      - Greening your operations.

•Structured networking (bring information on your business; producers you will have a small area 2-3 ft wide for your company where you may set up a display)

•A local wine and food reception

 

TICKETS:

Entry is $25 per person. Your confirming e-mail will be your ticket.  Please help us out by registering in advance. Sellers, we are out of display space, but please come join us for networking. (If space opens up, we'll do our best to accomodate you on-site.)
